- 1 oz. Old Forester Oleo-Saccharum Syrup
- 0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
- 1.5 oz. Fresh Brewed Unsweetened Chai Tea
- Ginger Beer, to top

Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake, strain into double old fashioned glass with fresh ice. Top with 1-2 ounces Ginger Beer. Garnish with lemon peel.
