Hummingbird Whisky Sour
- 1.5 oz. Old Forester 100 Proof
- 0.75 oz. Old Forester Oleo-Saccharum Syrup
- 0.75 oz. Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz. Apricot Brandy
- 1 Egg White
- 3 droppers Old Forester Hummingbird Bitters
The Hummingbird Whisky Sour elevates tart citrus to a whole new dimension with notes of cardamom, stone fruit, and a wink of rose.
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin, shake vigorously without ice. Add ice, shake vigorously. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with 3 droppers Old Forester Hummingbird Bitters on top of the foam.
