Ingredients
- 1 part Old Forester 86 Proof
- 1 part Lemon juice
- 0.5 part Simple syrup
- 0.5 part Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- 5 Raspberries
- Korbel Brut, to top
Instructions
In a shaker tin, muddle raspberries with simple syrup. Add lemon juice, bourbon, Luxardo, and ice. Shake, double strain into a coupe glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a skewered raspberry and mint leaf.
